The Mountain areas offer several Ceremony and/or Reception Sites to select from.  Whether you’ve found the perfect place or haven’t yet decided, we would be more than happy to help.  That pricing will depend on particular Location Selected.

A Guiding Light Affaire

Minister
For simple ceremony.  Does not include rehearsal time.  (More exclusive and customized ceremonies are available for an additional fee.)  Includes consultation with Minister for event details if upgrade is requested.

Table Linens
Include one cloth and overlay per dining table, table drapes for additional tables, i.e., headtable, buffet, hors d’ oeuvre, beverages, gifts if applicable and cake.  Linen napkins additional.  (See coordinator for colors).

Centerpieces
To include assorted flowers to match colors of event, to be set in a specially selected glass vase; one for each dining table.  Headtable and/or Sweetheart table to use bouquets from bridal party.

Photographer
Price indicated in estimate is toward any photography package offered by said photographer chosen.  Options to include; service time, proofs, high-resolution disc, albums and/or engagement photos, etc.  Consultation included.

Coordinator
To include unlimited e-mails and phone calls; two consultations as needed with final consultation one week prior to event; assistance with guest accommodations as well as guidance in vendor selection including negotiating and reviewing of all contracts; collecting and delivering all payments and attending up to three vendor consultations; rehearsal dinner and party coordination; ceremony and reception coordination up to six hours on wedding day.

Wedding day services to include the providing of selective décor for ceremony and/or reception free of charge (specialty décor available for an additional cost); coordinating the decorating of the ceremony and reception locations upon request; create directions and itineraries for bridal party; distribute attendants’ flowers, bouquets and tossing items; coordinate delivery of any and all rentals; create bridal checklist, wedding day timeline and schedule of events; supervise and assist with all vendor clean up.

Professional Disc Jockey
Providing 5 hours of professional service, including ceremony.  (Extended hours available for an additional fee.)

Florist
To include bridal bouquet and two bridesmaids' bouquets, five boutonnières, i.e. groom, two groomsmen, and one escort & 1 ring bearer and petals for flower girl.  Price and/or selections adjusted accordingly, depending on preference of event.

Caterer
To include an hors d' oeuvre station with sliced, fresh, seasonal fruit; crudité of fresh vegetables served with ranch dip and an assortment of domestic cheeses with fancy crackers.  Options including butler-passed selections available upon request.

Also included is an exquisite Buffet beginning with tossed greens mixed with carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers, a selection of two dressings, two entrée selections, two accompaniments, warm rolls with butter, caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee, hot tea (iced tea and/or lemonade, included in the summer months).  A menu tasting is available two months prior to event.  Vegetarian options and other dietary requests, as well as, upgraded selections and customized menus, including light menus for a lighter budget, are available upon request.)

Professional Servers
For six to eight hours from setup to cleanup.  Extended time, longer than eight hours will incur additional charges of $30.00 per hour, per server.  It is suggested to hire one server per each 25 guests.  Servers duties may include; set up and tear down of all tables and chairs, place linen and/or drapes on all tables, as well as glassware and flatware, if applicable, set up of buffet and other requested tables, i.e., gifts, cake, hors d’ oeuvres, beverages, headtable or sweetheart table, including but not limited to placing linen napkins on dining tables in fold previously requested by client.  Servers will also tend to buffet, replenishing food as necessary, as well as, cleaning of all guest dining areas and handling any special requests if applicable, opening and pouring for champagne and/or sparkling cider toast, cake cutting and serving and cleaning of kitchen areas used by caterer provided and/or servers as well as preparing any appetizers and/or hors d’ oeuvres, purchased by client, to be prepared on location.

PLEASE NOTE
For locations that allow outside catering to be brought in, our servers can prepare, on site, any hors d’ oeuvres and/or appetizers that you choose to provide.  Additional chaffing dishes are available for a small rental fee.

Traditional Wedding Cake
A wide selection of designs & flavors from a professional baker.  Depending on package selection, may include meeting with the baker to go over details, and tasting chosen selections.  (Special orders are available for an additional fee.)

OPTION: Leave the details to us and save $200.  You pick the colors, theme, menu selection and cake flavors and we’ll do the rest.  *Excludes consultations with florist, caterer and cake baker including opting out for menu and cake tastings.

*Site fees are not included in package pricing as it depends on the location chosen and whether or not you are interested in lodging as well, should it be available.
